Used in one session against ink stains NOTHING

I used the entire pencil in one session and it wasn't effective all. I scratched to get rid of the black paint stain on my shirt and it wasn't even a heavy black paint stain but more of a stain and yet nothing happened like the entire contents of the jug had spilled into the jar! I wiped it so hard the rubber bristles snapped, but the ink stain stayed. Solution: I put 3 capsules of water in the washing machine along with the shirt, the blobs are gone except for a dotted ink spot.
