Used for Xbox One. It was great for a few months. Then the problems started. Starting with crunches and clicks. Quiet at first, relatively loud over time, until it finally got unbearably loud even when the Xbox was switched off. I reversed his position and the noise stopped. Then it started again with a soft faint noise, gradually getting louder, when I put it in the first position it was still loud. Then the real problems started. PERMANENT damage to my files. Let me know that I've erased, reformatted and rebooted everything multiple times over the last 6-8 months. After a few hours of reformatting and downloading again, it works for about a month, then it throws error codes when launching games/apps, and finally says those games and apps aren't on the hard drive or xbox. Wouldn't recommend this, don't be stingy, spend a little more money on a better hard drive and you'll thank yourself later.
