This blanket is a game changer! Nicely made and inexpensive. That is exactly what is described, a duvet with wool filling. While researching how to improve my stinky sleep for years to the point where I can barely fight to fall asleep while driving (I know, right?), I made a few adjustments: raw cotton sheets, better pillows, melatonin, semi-coffee. Coffee and tea etc etc. Sleep got better but I kept waking up around 3am from overheating. No night sweats, just hot like she'd taken a shift off the bed. I used a polyester filled blanket and read about "hot sleepers". Omg, I realized it was me. So the remedy is to ditch the polyester-filled comforter and mattress pad (I didn't even have one on my memory foam mattress, yes) and use a lightweight, wool-filled comforter and mattress pad. and use a natural fiber duvet cover. So I bought this duvet and a lovely linen/cotton duvet that looks very trendy and literally from the FIRST NIGHT I slept through the night. I don't wake up at 3am from overheating! In fact, I've always teased my kids about loving their sleep (I called it lazy) and now I look forward to bedtime too! Never happened. I love this blanket.
