I bought this leather item to replace a worn out Snugg case but primarily to protect my iPad and also because the two tone leather style looked great. It is well made with durable stitching and high quality leather. It's very heavy, however, and unlike the Snugg, the notches don't hold the iPad at an angle unless it's on a flat surface like a counter or table. Unfortunately I came across a closed leather wallet as it was protecting my iPad. my elbow and he fell off my couch. I've dropped my iPad from higher positions with Snugg in the past and got a rounded dent on the corner of the iPad. To my surprise, opening the leather case not only smashed the iPad's screen, but also dropped a few pieces of glass around the camera! Therefore I cannot recommend this product.
