First wrote a review about the I-Blason screen protector. I am now writing for business. I don't have a contract phone. I paid full retail price for my Samsung Galaxy 8. Very expensive purchase for me. So I wanted to make sure my phone was protected. I read many reviews on many cases and chose this one. The best solution! 2 days after installing the screen protector, I dropped the top right corner of my phone. This corner of the protector is cracked and broken BUT my screen is in PERFECT condition. I cannot explain the relief I experienced. My phone is in great condition after a fall as both the screen protector and the case are protected. The case is very durable and has excellent grip. Don't make it bulky. The bezel protects the screen without sacrificing functionality. The back of the case is smooth so I was able to install a pop socket. Absolutely no loss of sound quality. And the design is nice too. The ONLY downside to this case is the very tight port caps on the bottom of the case. OF COURSE, they help protect the port from dust. However, I felt that the connector plug was putting too much pressure when connecting the charger. So I notched the sides of the connector plug to ease the tension. It's still attached to the case and does the job, even with my modification. Thanks to I-Blason for their products. And kudos to me for exploring and discovering them!
