Review on Wilton Recipe Right Non Stick 13 Inch by Duane Mejia

I wanted a frying pan with a lid so I could put goodies in the church pots without having to take my 'good' casserole dish and saw it not - a frying pan with lid from Wilton for only $5.98 with shipping so I figured that would be enough. I baked a sheet cake in a pan and found that while this pan is cheap, it's definitely not junk! I poured the cake batter straight into the pan without greasing the pan or using nonstick spray, and when it came time to serve later in the day, I was pleasantly surprised that nothing stuck. The lid also fitted well and stayed in place during transport to the church. Good pot and lid for the price. The manufacturer claims it's dishwasher safe, but I hand wash most dishes, so I didn't test it in the dishwasher. Although I think the detergent might damage the finish. As with all non-stick pots and pans, use plastic or silicone utensils to avoid damaging the non-stick coating. Enjoy!
