Review on Native Omnichannel Solution by Tutcht Cobb

The best thing about this software, as I see it for now at least, is how well they have integrated with other platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce (or any e-commerce platform). It's easy enough so you don't need too much training from their side but still powerful enough if you know what your doing! Some of our customers are not using all features available out there which would be helpful when adding new products since we cannot always add them manually without support by native omnichannels team. Also some fields were missing such as product images. We needed an easier way than creating multiple accounts just to manage orders through different stores/elements instead one account could do everything via single interface.
