These small precision coffee grinders are of high quality and quickly grind pepper and/or salt. You can smell the spices as you grind, and the amount and speed exceeds expectations for a grinder of this size. You have to be careful, otherwise you'll quickly eat a can of pepper with that thing. The lids and glass jars are of high quality. This replaced my old high top wooden model - now an heirloom. A nice pair of salt and pepper grinders for your home table or cooking recipes.
