I need large finger patches because I use too much hand sanitizer at work. My doctor told me to stop using industrial soap and hand sanitizer. Just take the pigeon soap and wash my hands well and it will work. If my fingers were itchy at night, I could put bandages on them at night to help. The problem with OTHER patches is that they are TOO SMALL to hide the rash on fingers. It's the perfect size to cover your entire finger.
