I bought an air fryer and needed smaller (12") pizza pans, so I tried these. They make great pizza, and are sturdy, beautiful, and dishwasher safe. I oil them before each use and the pizza releases easily. I've made both thin and thick crust pizza and both are great in these pans. They are thicker than most pizza pans, so for my air fryer I put them on the bottom rack not the middle to get the crust crisp. They are thick enough that I'm comfortable using a pizza cutter in them. The stainless steel is high enough quality that they don't tarnish or pit in the dishwasher. I don't normally care about aesthetic for cooking equipment, but these are also very shiny and gracefully curved earning pizzas cooked in them the sobriquet "Captain America Pizza". I love these pans.
