I had to reapply after 5 minutes - no effect.
I am a lip balm lover. That didn't work for me. I can tell how many times I can reapply which was probably 5 minutes later. It doesn't moisturize. It makes you feel like it is, but it just sits on your lips, doesn't sink in, and falls off soon after, leaving you with even drier lips. I want to return this, but the return period has already expired. For me it was a waste. There are better lip care products that are more effective and cheaper.
