Died in 5 months, but was able to get a replacement via the manufacturer.

This dryer worked well, until stopped working 5 months after purchasing it. I could not return it through Best Buy, so I had to reach out and contact the manufacturer via Best Buy messenger. The manufacturer returned my request for a replacement in a timely manner, and they sent a new one (it was a different model) and it arrived within a week. I was grateful to receive the replacement!
