Most manufacturers are wrong, this is one of them!
I've read about all the horrible problems these adapters can cause so I bought one of 3 manufacturers and am hoping I'm out of luck. One of them turns out to be the opposite of the other, and I had a hard time trusting my results until I tested them on two verified devices.
