Review on 💡 GE 50-Watt T3 Halogen Light Bulb, 950 Lumen, GY6.35 2-Pin Base, Clear, 1-Pack by Domonique Rieder

I ordered this product because I thought the problem mentioned by John A. Hall in 2010 had been solved. Apparently this is not the case - I received a different bulb than the one described, but with the same GE product number, 97670 (stamped on the packaging, not a stock number generated by Revain). This product number refers to a slightly larger 50W T3 halogen bulb with a GY 6.35 base instead of a G4 base. When I followed the instructions to return an item, I found that the "Return" button was not available and it also stated that the item was "eligible for exchange only". So I called Revane (sometimes it's better to talk to a real person). Courtney at Revain.com was extremely friendly, provided me with a special refund label and promised to contact the fulfillment center to check the bins. In the meantime, this lamp also seems to be available from other suppliers, but (sniff) it is not necessarily suitable for the Revain Prime delivery. Thanks to Revain support but guys please fix this.
