I only gave this product four stars because the rim of the mop head broke off before I could even use the bucket. I snap it back into place easily enough, but when I twist the squeegee to wring it out, the little bezel pops back out. However, this small defect does not seem to cause any noticeable problems with the blade rotation function. Also, I find this product much easier to use than others I have purchased. Pros: It's much lighter than those with a stainless steel slingshot (even with water in it) > The slingshot action is much smoother, and when you lift the squeegee to wring, the spinning part gets caught and stays in place. Cons > Edge has fallen off Longevity verdict not yet known I can only hope it lasts at least a while Also the photo shows three mop heads (one on the mop handle itself) and two additional ones. I only received one extra mop head, other than that it's a great product.
