Works perfectly until it sticks, then this paperweight

made about 200 buttons, used all the supplies that came with it, lost a few parts here and there but it worked, it stuck once in the first 100 or so and we pulled it off by shaking the handle, made 1 today Button u The thing is so tight it looks like it's welded and this time it doesn't come apart, I've been trying for 3 hours and of course it'll be 2 weeks to get it back so we spent $90 .
