Its alright for working out. Its comfortable, you can make it however tight you want. However the one band strap just isnt enough. If you want to be tight you will most likely be popping out where the band ends. I wear it under my normal latex trainer to flatten the stomach. Next time i'll try a two strap one for sure. If youre an experienced waist trainer i dont reccomend this one
