Disappointed good for internals

Airflow is low and disappointing for a $10 fan. If I had known it was only 1700 rpm I would not have bought it. And yet the description says "high performance" and not "1700 rpm". I ordered a 90mm 2500rpm fan to replace it. Judging by the reviews, 4000 rpm can be noisy. My 80mm blue LED LYF fan is quiet and handles air pressure well.
