The best thing about this software is it's ability to streamline your procurement process, the worst part of the app is the lack of customization to make it more user friendly - which I feel can be improved upon.

It would also be great if they could have a more robust set of features that are better designed for small companies like ours (less than $1mm in annual revenue). This is the perfect tool for our firm as we're able to provide services to a wide audience of clients who need insurance at different price points, and we've eliminated many manual processes using Auctiva.
