Disintegrated in less than a week. Sad
I grind my teeth at night. I'm always looking for a good mouthguard. These aren't the first caps I've bought and had to mold. I really liked that they came with "regular" and heavy security. I molded all 4 although 1 was a bit small. Unfortunately, I "chewed" my first heavy-duty in less than a week. I completed all three in about 2.5 weeks. I am extremely disappointed. I really thought they would work fine. I've thought about ordering another one and trying again, but I think I'll just buy one at a sporting goods store.
