I like the colors of the bracelets and they are very comfortable. I had an issue with the sand beige strap the second time I wore it. During the day the bar you use to remove the strap broke off. It took quite a while to remove the tape without damaging it. No extra pins were included. Tapes are guaranteed for 3 months. I emailed customer support 5 days ago asking for replacement pens or a new set and have not received a response. I would rate them higher if the support team was responsive. I received an answer on the night of the 5th day. I was asked to ship the group back to them but the address was not provided and shipping would have cost more than the group price. return. I replied that the shipping address was not listed and that it cost more than it was worth and they replied that they would replace it with no refund. I upped my overall rating by one star as they honor the bracelet warranty. I never received the promised replacement strap. I will not buy from this seller again.
