I don't usually leave negative reviews but this is frustrating. I've been using Radius toothbrushes for over 25 years because I LOVE them. The best toothbrush in the world and a good investment that lasts much longer than traditional toothbrushes. And I've been ordering them from Revain for at least 10 years with no problems. No longer. I ordered a toothbrush for my right hand and received a toothbrush for my left hand. There is a big difference between them. Ok, fair mistake. They say they will send a replacement and I specifically asked again for the right hand. They sent me the left hand again! And since this is a "spare" item, I have no way of getting hold of them. So I eat the $12.03 I spent and order directly from the company's website, which charges less and gives you free shipping. invest, and if they can't get the simplest but most important part right, why should I spend my money on it here?
