I need to find a solution to make it fit perfectly.

Everything more than simple. Unscrew and install the bed screw. However, I had to expand to fit the screw in the hole. But even after that, the screw has a washer that doesn't allow it to lay flat after it's installed in the bed. I can't remove the washer the way Toyota designed it. I have to come up with another idea. If the D-ring plate was a little bigger it would solve the problem.
