Ideal for occasional darning. I'd say spend a little more money on a higher performing product if you're making a ton of this, but for me (capping 30 bottles of fake wine for the show) it worked fine. Be sure to do a few tests to get the adjusting nut in the right place at the top so the cork doesn't push halfway up the neck and stick out at the top. Also, I'm very small so I couldn't do it on a counter or table because leverage wasn't possible. You have to be a lot bigger for this to work. So if you're having trouble, either stand on the crate or place the bottle on a towel on the floor.
