So I ordered them because it was a lightning deal plus 5% coupon. The first pair I got didn't sync, did everything else and everything. I asked this question about it in the questions and they told me how to do it and if it doesn't work they send me another set to replace the defective product. I emailed them with the problem, had to send them pictures showing I hadn't damaged them and they sent me a 99% discount code to replace them or they could have the seller ship them themselves, and it would take 10-15 days. I did Amazon and got them same day and they worked first time. So I give 5 stars for their product support and was impressed with how quickly I got the new ones and kept the old ones even though I can only listen to one set at a time, that's cool for me because I still wear them to work, I could still hearing what was going on around me. So it was a win-win situation. The sound is great for the price, it's cozy inside so outside noise is blocked out. It was a good buy. The English is a bit out of step with the instructions and was the same in the emails but what are you going to do. I'm happy with that.
