Package arrived early and in perfect condition. It comes in the original packaging and the controller doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. Buttons, D-Pad and analog sticks all work and are satisfactory. The controller itself feels good in my hand, I'm a woman and I didn't feel like anything was too far or too close to cause cramps in my hand. The lighting is amazing too, I watched a YouTube video on setting up the lighting features and it's everything I hoped it would be. The lighting can be changed from off to 5 levels of brightness, and you can choose from always on, fade out or color cycle. I set it to color cycle mode and brightness level 5. The included cable is also about 10 feet long, personally I don't need that length to set up my Switch permanently, but it's nice to have it just in case.
