Inexpensive Bike Grip

I installed this on my LBS because I didn't have the tools to install it. They are really very light and look great. I ended up putting a 32t oval chain on it along with a 10-speed wide-ratio 11-48t cassette, and I can climb hills again. Can't recommend these round oval chainrings enough.
