Review on E-Z Ink (TM) Remanufactured Ink Cartridge Set for Epson 702XL 702 T702XL T702, Compatible with Workforce Pro WF-3720 WF-3733 WF-3730 Printer, Pack of 5 by Michael Richardson

I bought these to use in my Epson Workforce Pro WF-3720 in April 2020. When I first tried to use them, Epson didn't recognize the cartridges due to the firmware that was just installed. updated a few days ago. Because of this, it took me a while to downgrade the firmware so I could use the cartridges. In the meantime I had to buy Epson ink again. Epson ran out of inks at the end of May and when I finally got the chance to use EZink cartridges they stopped printing in colour. I've tried cleaning the ink heads multiple times over several weeks, checking the nozzles and then cleaning the nozzles with the printer software and finally doing it myself with Windex, but no matter what I did, the color didn't print. Then why am I giving them 5 stars? This is because when I contacted their support team and informed them of the issue, I expected that I would have to go through multiple emails to try something again, which I've tried many times. However, in the first email they apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send me a replacement or a full refund. I've asked for a refund at this point because I don't even want to try messing with this printer anymore. However, a company willing to go that far to create happy customers speaks volumes. I am now looking at new printers and I guarantee I will buy ink through EZink again. I have even told my family members about it and said to use them for their ink needs in the future.
