Review on πŸ„ Hydro-Force Oceana Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board by Bestway by Terry Paige

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Our first SUP is the iRocker Cruiser SUP and we love it with its large payload of 300-350 pounds.

So you get what you pay for. When we first set it up, we got this as an inexpensive supplemental SUP. Swims, performs the declared work. once you inflate it, at least. Have a Sevylor electric pump, the one that comes with it is almost not compact and is a POS. The valve itself sucks, but with the help of life-saving silicone tape I finally managed to seal enough to get 11psi. Not sure if this will survive multiple inflations/deflations - only time will tell. Our first SUP is the iRocker Cruiser SUP and we love this one with its large payload of 300-350 pounds to also carry our daughter and bullmastiff dog. This one sits MUCH lower but floats on a light person I think 160lbs is about what it can do but will catch n rocks in minimal light surf. But this is a cheap secondary SUP or for those who want to try and get their feet wet before switching to a better board. I would also advise people to consider tower boards. This one is fine in flat water, not much in the light surf in the San Diego ports, wouldn't venture into the bay at all. I think this one won't last long. If yes, I will update in 6-9 months. 11/24/17 Addendum: upped the star as he still speaks jargon better than I thought. The included pump didn't make it to 11psi, but the electric pump works fine.

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
