🏄 Hydro-Force Oceana Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board by Bestway Review

I was skeptical at first - this board is very solid. I'm 5ft 9in, about 160 and it's perfect for my height. Don't be put off by the bouncy castles. When inflated it becomes hard as a board and very durable. Great alternative to buying a 500-600 board. I first used it about 2 hours on the river.

Bought for our 10 year old daughter's birthday. She loves it! Easy to install and remove. At first I was nervous at the thought of an inflatable paddle board BUT it works great! If you are considering this product but are concerned that it is an inflatable board, I say GO FOR THIS. Perfect for a starter board.

We are new to using paddleboards and have enjoyed learning from them. However, during this process we learned that paddles DO NOT FLOAT! So when the youngest child (10 years old) started learning, he fell and the paddle sank! So now we don't have a paddle. It never occurred to us that an aquatic device would not float. That's why I want everyone to know about this problem, so as not to have to paddle less than us.

This paddleboard comes with several accessories which is a lot for the price. My pressure gauge arrived broken and customer service was a nightmare. The board itself is of low quality and has a foamy top. I return it and spend more for a better quality paddleboard. It pumped up quickly and is definitely a good deal for someone who only uses it a couple of times a year.

Board arrived this morning - on time. All blower valve leaks user reviews are correct - you can't get anywhere close to 12 pounds. I was able to inflate it to 6 pounds after inflating it very hard and then disconnect it immediately. Bad news about the valve itself. The outer edge of the circuit board's gray flap (right where it meets the white plastic) is constantly leaking. You are given a wrench to tighten, but that doesn't stop the leak. Just slow it down. Doesn't look pretty, but you get it all with this board. Kayak conversion kit, repair kit, leash, pump. Nothing is missing, everything works perfectly, including the pump. Unfortunately others have had problems with the pump, but I have found this to be one of the best high capacity plastic hand pumps (which most inflatables come with) I have ever used. So you get what you pay for. When we first set it up, we got this as an inexpensive supplemental SUP. Swims, performs the declared work. once you inflate it, at least. Have a Sevylor electric pump, the one that comes with it is almost not compact and is a POS. The valve itself sucks, but with the help of life-saving silicone tape I finally managed to seal enough to get 11psi.
