My daughter had a virtual birthday due to the pandemic. I wanted the kids to have a fun activity while chatting on Zoom, so I left gift bags with these crayons and ceramic vases (among other things) for them to draw and decorate. The kids were between 6 and 9 years old and none of them seemed to have any problems after the parents were able to help get the pens working for the first time. The handles were easy to use and didn't get dirty; and didn't run. It's definitely worth it!
