Works well but your experience may vary based on your own system, USB ports and whether you are using any (active ) USB extensions. I've tested this on multiple USB ports and the Oculus test (the best) reported a 2.4Gb/s connection. The test drops to 2.2 Gbps on an active USB 3.0 port. For the most part, the in-game difference was almost negligible and ran fairly smoothly. My only caveat was that even when using it alone (not on an active extension cord) there wasn't enough charge to keep my Quest 2 charged.
