Easy setup, works as advertised, good support
Easy setup. The website and YouTube provided very good instructions. There were some issues with Verizon not activating the plan. Called support and they said they would contact Verizon and the issue should be resolved within 24 hours. Tested later that day and has been working fine ever since. Make sure the plan is activated and working BEFORE going into the field.
