Goes perfectly with our costume! I bought this for my 9 year old to dress up for a biography project at school. I wanted something he could use again, so I chose a neutral gray and went up a size. My son is skinny and a bit tall for him. It's not that noticeable with a jacket and bow tie. The fabric looks very valuable and expensive. The gray shimmers in the light and contrasts nicely with the black background. All buttons are covered with matching fabric. There are two artificial pockets. I wish they were functional. I was hoping to slip a pocket watch inside and was disappointed to find out it was fake. The front end looks and feels fantastic. The rear looks and feels cheap. Rather than being silky, it feels more like polyester. It was thin and light which helped my son not to overheat. The bow tie is pretty standard. It is adjustable with a clamp and works as it should. The fabric matched the vest and I was happy. Overall my son looked great. It was nice to see him in costume and he looked very good in that costume. Darkness lit his eyes. The quality is acceptable for the price.
