Review on LIANLAM by Matt Norwood

My most recent online shopping experience with LIANLAM was a total nightmare. Their customer support was totally rude and unhelpful, and the product I received did not match what was represented on their website. It was impossible for me to find what I was looking for on the website itself because of its complex layout and shoddy UX. The checkout procedure was a complete hassle, and to top it all off, I felt like I needed a degree in rocket science simply to finish my purchase. I would strongly encourage anyone to stay away from LIANLAM. It was a genuinely terrible purchasing experience because of their poor attention to detail, poor customer service, and unclear website. Shop elsewhere to save yourself the hassle!
