These are cute little hoop earrings. I bought these for a 2 year old and they are the perfect size for her, especially considering how short the pen section is. You will not accommodate a thicker (adult) earlobe without squeezing the earlobe. The great thing about these articulated headphones is that they can be opened without much effort. So if they get snagged or pulled on something, they'll pop up instead of tearing your ear. You look good. The rose gold hoop itself is thick and well polished with nice rounded edges and the small rhinestones are just enough for a little bling without overdoing it. Very happy with them. They are perfect for a child or someone with thin petals who prefers small hoops. They barely fit on the tip of my pinky and I have pretty thin fingers.
