1999 F250 Single Cab

The fan clutch only works above 1500rpm, this was causing my air conditioning to bleed as it won't turn on when I'm not driving on the road. I need to change my high side conditioner line as it has ruptured. I do not recommend this item for EVERYONE's garbage truck.
