Review on 🧗 Doufit Vertical Climber Exercise Machine: Full Body Workout at Home with LCD Monitor by Tim Thornton

Revainrating 3 out of 5

MEH….I got what I paid for.

First of all there were several models of this equipment. I bought one of the cheaper versions. I got what I paid for; my expectations were not 5 star gym quality.Putting this thing together took me 45 minutes. I consider myself relatively intelligent. It would have been nice if the instructions had been sequential order and the parts labeled correctly. I think a majority of the cuss words I muttered could have been mitigated with some adequate directions to follow. My machine came with some weird baseline type goo. Gross. I assume it was meant to grease the moving parts of the mechanism. Save yourself the hassle and just use WD-40.I already know what will break first on this machine. The connections for the pedals. I am 174lbs. Both areas where you screw on the pedals, if they could make sounds, would be wincing in agony. I seriously felt guilty at one point. I’m not that heavy. These massive people who I KNOW weigh more than me using this machine, they either lied about their weight, or have a machine with reinforced pedals made out of metal. I’m telling you the plastic connection is the weakest points of this equipment. A very close second is the rollers. They are flimsy. Like straight from Dollar General flimsy. That’s probably where they got the pedals too.Would I recommend this product? No.I’ll use it till the pedals break, I give it 30 days. Let’s hope when they do break the screw doesn’t stab the sh*t out of my calves.
