Way too big and metal doesn't easily bend
Though for Men & Women, as a woman, neither my husband nor I had enough strength to squeeze it to fit my (apparently) small wrist. And when we managed to tighten it as close as we could, it caused pain to turn my wrist, and it still kept sliding down; won't stay in place. I wasted my time and money, but it might fit better for those with large wrists/arms.
- decided to use bracelet for copper protection from virus, not sure if it works but no harm to wear one.
- Can easily catch on clothing and other items
