The thing really works!

My cat has had problems with UTIs in the past. First, I did my duty of care and took my cat to the vet, who prescribed antibiotics, painkillers, and medicinal food. I was told that my cat would have to eat this food for the rest of her life. I didn't like the idea of my cat having to eat healthy food for the rest of her life, but I did what the doctor said. Until the cost of groceries just became financially impossible. I asked my (now former) vet about other options and she gave me nothing. Nothing! So I went online and read tons of information about what causes urinary problems and how to fix them. Apparently, one of the big problems with urination in cats is not enough water (or improper water). Fortunately, the solution was fairly simple, inexpensive, and safe for my cat: 1) Wet food only (Cats get most of their water intake from fresh prey. Well, I can't keep fresh prey on the kitchen floor, so I have to do it m the next best thing . Canned goods. .); 2) Purified water only (Tap water - even filtered water - has a chemical mix unsuitable for cats and can cause or worsen urinary problems. So when I'm grocery shopping, I grab bottles of purified water with electrolytes and mix it with their food.) ; 3) Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (PH imbalance can also cause urinary problems, and apple cider vinegar - along with mum - helps to balance a cat's pH. I give my cat half a teaspoon twice a day and mix it with their food .); 4) maxxiUtract supplement (I add a scoop to my cat in the morning and one scoop at night). Since adjusting her food and water intake, my cat has had no problems urinating. ZIP code zero. Nada. The vet who tried to force-feed my cat "for the rest of her life" on insanely expensive health food products? Yes, this vet can suck on a rotten lime.
