Great product for preventing urinary tract infections

My cat had surgery 3 years ago for an ulcer and is still getting stones and urinary tract infections despite being on special food. He seems to like this product (I sprinkle it over his kibble then add water) and UTIs have gone down dramatically. The only criticism is that it's a bit pricey for the size of the container. My dear cat keeps collecting bills!

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Don't remember

So far this product has worked well for my cat. My tortoiseshell cat Callie has had urinary tract infections for many years. She has been to the vet several times and has had many antibiotic shots in the past. I also put her on the C/D Hills Stress Diet but her urine still looks orange or has blood in it. Since taking this product along with another probiotic product a few weeks ago, there has been no blood in her urine and now her urine looks completely normal. Every time I take her to the vet

  • This is amazing

It works out! for cats

My tortoiseshell cat has been suffering from blister crystals for a number of years. We took her to two vets but to no avail. A vet prescribed her a muscle relaxant that essentially got her high - fun for us but useless for her. She urinates regularly in the litter box. The puppy pads I put around the litter box get wet all the time. I have used Urinary Gold (liquid formula) and it has been somewhat helpful. However, she has been taking this new product for a few weeks now and I am noticing a…

This product is suitable for my cat

One day my cat was seriously ill so I rushed to the vet to find out she had a urinary tract infection, bladder stones and thyroid problems. The vet gave me antibiotics and painkillers for a urinary tract infection. The vet told me to buy UTI wet and dry food but my cat wasn't eating at the time and didn't like the UTI food at Petsmart. I found this product at Revain but didn't know how to give it to my cat as she wouldn't eat. I decided to invest in an IV (the kind you use when giving liquid…

CAN THIS REALLY BE TRUE?

I hope I don't smooth it out by surfing so fast but there is no other explanation for this result. My cat had a urinary tract infection 7 years ago. Not since then. I feed her OTC canned UTIs. She's been away lately. Tired, depressed, sleeps all day and when I hide she hisses when I find her. I found someone pissing in front of the box in my office but thought it might be there as something partially blocked their tray last night. She gets scared easily, so it could have been that or a urinary…

It really seems to work! And the tortoise loves it

My tortoiseshell cat developed a bladder infection after a stressful moving between states and adjusting to a new home. After the vet determined there was no infection and after a medical shot that only worked for a month, I decided to give it a try. I added some wet food to it first which she didn't mind but my girls don't get wet food that often to give her that much so I tried just putting some powder in her extra water bowl and it worked . Big. She drinks it and even started notifying me…

Good addition for senior cats

We have 4 beloved rescue kittens who have reached senior status. This is new territory for us, as we used to only have dogs and our children as "terrarium animals". When one of our females got a UTI a few years ago, I didn't realize it until I read why cats pee outside the tray. I immediately realized who was to blame and took her to the vet. She diagnosed the cystitis and prescribed her antibiotics and also gave me instructions on what type of filler to use at that point. Mimi was still…

The thing really works!

My cat has had problems with UTIs in the past. First, I did my duty of care and took my cat to the vet, who prescribed antibiotics, painkillers, and medicinal food. I was told that my cat would have to eat this food for the rest of her life. I didn't like the idea of my cat having to eat healthy food for the rest of her life, but I did what the doctor said. Until the cost of groceries just became financially impossible. I asked my (now former) vet about other options and she gave me nothing…
