I had to issue a refund. There are no complaints about the phone. They took me to the post offices and called the courier who didn't show up. Month! Repeated calls to the support chat and the hotline did not bring results. The support chat did not answer for several days, and the polite operators on the hotline listened and promised to call back / solve the problem in 2 working days. There were 8 calls, questions in the support chat cannot be counted. Think about whether you need to contact such an irresponsible marketplace?! I am now wary of placing orders. Only in PVC and only small purchases.
