Good durable material. This will take quite a long time. Yes it lasts a lot but what I don't like is that when you fill the back of the bag up to the little nylon wall the handles start falling out. If you just enter the area from above and dig, then you can put a lot into it! There are no items inside, but front access is by flipping the handles. Also zippers are backwards in my opinion. I feel like I have to be left handed to use it. that means: close on the left and open on the right. This is a nice sturdy bag that will hold a lot. The striped area accommodates thicker sharpie markers and smaller thin liners, mechanical pencils, micron pens without looking sloppy. This is a good purchase and I am very happy with it.
