Update: After 1 year and a pandemic they are still excellent and show no signs of breakage when worn. I have no cracks or chips. I get more to expand their use. If you know what sizes you need, you can't go wrong. If you don't do this and assume too much, you will write a bad review. These tubs are shallower than those commonly used in restaurants for table serving. They are usually seven or eight inches deep. It's 4.8 inches. I use them for my pantry grills. They serve as a kind of box for short-term storage of products such as flour, sugar, pasta, honey and other items that may spill or leak. They make spill cleanup easier by keeping the spilled contents in the tanks. The depth is perfect. I took 20 of these (5 orders of 4 packs).
