Insulated and too warm for us
You are insulated. We didn't want it to get hot when hiking in warm weather. This will not suit us since we live in the desert. I chose them because they were cheaper than our regular brands and had velcro and said they were waterproof. We will come back and just pay more for Merell or Hi-Tec brand kids hiking boots as they were not hot to wear and proven to be waterproof, cost an additional $15.
