I like how user friendly it was with my computer knowledge being basic at best! It has all of what I need for an employer but not much more than just having everything in one place makes things simple when troubleshooting any issues or problems within our department as well as across departments since we work together so easily using this system!! Nothing yet really dislike about anything other then maybe some minor bugs here & there (but they are usually fixed quickly).
As previously stated, simplicity = easy useability/user friendliness. There's nothing else needed from me because most people can figure out how something works without too many questions asked which helps reduce time spent learning new programs etc.
