In my case I sent the product back but because of my probable error. I thought I was ordering a large when in fact I ordered a very large. I will say that I admire the company's quick response. Included with the product was a small card with her email address on it. I emailed them just before noon on Sunday (after trying the compression thigh cuff). I received a reply on Monday at 9:20 am. I am delighted and would order from them again at any time. PS Only the size was wrong. The item itself appeared to be very well made and proved to be quite durable.
