Really helps keep coffee hot
You never know. The product makes claims and you hope for the best, often being disappointed but living with inefficiency. Sure, brands are often fun, and this one is. I pour coffee in a thermos in the morning. It no longer boils in the pan and therefore does not taste bitter. I often like to have a cup of coffee around 3 or 4pm in the afternoon and find that the coffee is still hot - doesn't sting hot in the mouth but is still warm enough to be enjoyed unheated. So I recommend this thermos.
