Not as described on page 1. Too soft, lacking firmness to support 2. If I had known it would cost me more to buy additional fillers I would have chosen a better brand3. I wish I had read the reviews, very little to like. But I filtered them out and the 1 that had 3 and less stars is exactly the problem I'm talking about. I wonder who here pre-screens product reviews and which ones skip or discard? UPDATE: 11/06/20. I personally don't use this pillow, my grandson who is 8 years old uses it now, he feels a little more secure sleeping at night because he feels pinned down, but he only weighs 70 pounds and the pillow isn't even four feet small , You must be a small person for this pillow to work for you. Anyone who weighs a hundred and fifty pounds or more is likely to have issues with the use and comfort of your pillow but I mean you can add filler which is kinda pointless you would think it would be enough judging by the pictures it seems fine already to have been poured filled. So I admit that my only grandson, who sleeps badly at night, sleeps better with this pillow.
