We bought this specifically for celery juice Step 1: Wash celery Step 2: Cut off the bottom Step 3: Juicing Very easy to use. No need to cut or slice the celery sticks, you can just stick them in. You can wash, slice and juice in just under 5 minutes per head. A head of celery gives you about 15 ounces. You get +2 ounces if you juice the remaining fiber. For best taste: no leaves. It's the celery leaves that give it its herbal smell and taste. But if you make juice from celery leaves, you get an extra +2 ounces. Overall I would recommend this juicer. The fiber is wet, so you can either leave it as it is or skip it again. Much better than a Breville juicer dripping wet fibers. We recycle glass juice bottles to store celery juice (see photo). Enjoy!
